Jared, thank you for sharing so many insights and for putting in so much time and effort. It's a rarity nowadays for people to put so much hard work into a project like this write-up.
I very much appreciate the absence of GIFs. I hope you can replace the pinkish background with a more readable gamma and increase the density of the font to black.
Please add section bookmarks on the top of the page to make it easier to navigate the content of that length and to share a specific (relevant) sections rather than a whole article. It may expand the readership.
Thank you, Konstantin! Appreciate the feedback as always and so glad you enjoyed the read.
I can definitely go and make the Table of Contents hyperlinked, but unfortunately Substack only allow me to do it AFTER the post is live...meaning in email, it won't be available. Very annoying feature.
The pinkkish background? Do you mean the CTA color?
The image on the left is the site. The image on the right has the same content as the email. Note how much easier it is to read email version with the white background and black fonts.
By pinkish background, I meant the color marked as #FFF7F2.
I love reading through their “Mastering User Retention Playbook” too. Do you know of any other similar resources offered by them or someone else that touches on customer lifetime value and renewal/repurchase strategies?
Amazing read, Jaryd! I love how they doubled down on their key differentiator factors and how they focused on providing valuable content centered on thought leadership. I love to read content from John Cutler.

Jared,
Happy to be of help, and I am sure you would do the same for me.
I prefer reading your content on the site, so even if you can add a TOC after publishing and releasing the post, it would still be great.
